Grúpa Ceoil

Our Grúpa Ceoil is a Traditional Irish Music group which meets once a week during lunchtime. Most of the members are junior students and it is particularly popular with first year students. A group of older students lead the seisiún every week.
There are very many talented traditional musicians, singers, step dancers and set dancers in Coláiste. We are delighted to encourage and nuture these valued traditions.

Throughout the school year the Grúpa Ceoil is delighted to take part in various events such as Trad for Trocaire, Féile na hInse, Christmas sessions in Clarecastle District Day Care Centre and Carraigoran House and many more.
