Welcome to Coláiste Muire’s website. Since 1860 our school has been a centre of innovation in education and excellence in learning and teaching. Today we are a modern vibrant school catering for girls in Ennis and the surrounding area.

»<LCA Leisure and Recreation>
LCA 1 students had a successful trip to the Burren Outdoor
Centre where they had the opportunity to do hillwalking,
caving,rock climbing and kayaking. The students also enjoyed
their visit to Clare Equestrian Centre where they went horse
riding.

» BADMINTON
Congratulations to Coláiste's U16 team who represented Munster
in the All Ireland schools badminton finals in Gormanston, Co.
Meath. The team played very well and were runners up in the
competition.
Well done also to the U19 team who were also runners up on a
points count in a very close final.Thanks to Mrs Lillis and parents
who accompanied the teams.

Fourth Year Public Speaking as Gaeilge - Oráidíocht took place on
Monday May 13 in the Danlann. A trophy in memory of Mrs Brid
Liddy is presented each year to the best speaker.

Colaiste students who took part in the North Munster Track and
Field competition on Tuesday May 7 and Thursday May 9 have
qualified for the Munster finals of the competition to be held in
Cork next Saturday. Well done to all!
