We held our annual First Year Clubs & Societies Sign-Up event at lunchtime last week, and it was fantastic to see so many students enthusiastic about getting involved, trying something new and meeting new people!
We’re incredibly proud of the wide range of extra-curricular opportunities available in our school. Our students can get involved in teams competing in Gaelic football, camogie, soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, badminton, rugby and athletics and, for the first time this year, we’re delighted to have a hockey team!
There are also plenty of groups and societies to get involved with, including our Trad Group, Plé agus Tae and Green-Schools Committee.
This year also sees the launch of our new STEM Club, where students can explore exciting science and technology projects.
And we’re delighted to welcome back our Choir, with auditions for senior students taking place
There really is something for everyone! If you’re looking to meet new friends or just try something new, feel free to join any group!
