Congratulations to Mr Frank Culleton and TY1 class who are taking on the challenge of engaging the whole school in a challenge series from the GAA Future Leaders/PDST.
Coláiste has got off to a great start being the Most Active School nationally in Week 1.
Congratulations also to our 2 individual prize winners at national level – Aisling Costello for her skills challenge and Rea O’Sullivan for her Art challenge.
On top of this we are also running our own Colaiste weekly competition for students – Week 1 winners were (Junior) Cliona Jones and (Senior) Hannah Clune. In week 2 we have a 3rd Colaiste crew neck top to give away as a First Year prize in addition to the Junior and Senior prizes.
There will also be a prize for the best class in each year group for the most videos for the remainder of the competition. So one first year, one second year and one third year class will win a No Homework pass for when we return to school. This runs from now until the end of the competition (another 3 weeks).
