Jane Ann Halpin, a third year student, along with some of her classmates, held a bake sale last week in aid of Ray of Sunshine, an organisation founded by her aunt, Olive Halpin. Jane Ann raised €600 through the generous support of staff and students. The funds raised will help provide educational opportunities for young girls in Mombasa, Kenya.
