Life Skills Programme

Our Life Skills Programme is delivered over 4 sessions by Toni Knowles. Based on the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy, the Life Skills programme is designed to help students learn more about how they think and how this can influence their actions in helpful or unhelpful ways.

Topics covered as follows:

  • Helping you make sense of your thoughts
  • Feeling low or irritable
  • The inner and outer me, and how sometimes they clash
  • Helping you to feel your best
